Apollo Spring, 2019
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS WEBSITE...These projects were created when I was a freshman at Central York School High School. This is my first year of Apollo and I enjoy it so much, I love the freedom and structure of the program. My favorite subjects are History and English and I have always liked Art, one of the reasons why I chose to do Apollo. My goal for Apollo is to be able to push myself to be more creative and fuse the three subject areas together well.

PROJECT ONE
For my first project, I decided to look at abortion in the United States. Most of my project was based off of the Supreme Court Case, Roe versus Wade and the different views on abortion and how they have changed over time since abortion was legalized.
PROJECT TWO
My second project was mainly about aquaculture. I took a look and heavily researched what aquaculture is, what happens in the process, the pros and cons of it, the main fish that are cultured, and how aquaculture will impact the future.
PROJECT FOUR
For my fourth and final project of the year, I took a look at eugenics and the many aspects of this topic that mostly took place in the early 1900's. For two of the subjects, I synthesized how nature is a metaphor for eugenics.
